Online booking
In case of a booking made via our website, the Residence reserves a delay of 24 hours to confirm or cancel the booking.
Your booking will be confirmed via email once the deposit is debited by us.
Accommodation capacity
Accommodations are made for 2 or 4 persons maximum. No additional person will be accepted (children and babies included).
Any visitor must be announced at the reception.
Financial guarantee
Any booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card used to make the reservation will be asked at check-in. The name appearing on your ID card as to be the same as the credit card’s name.
The booking is confirmed only once the deposit is paid.
Check-in and Check-out
Arrivals and departures are possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Check-in is possible from 5:00pm and check-out until 10:00am.
Taking possession of the accommodation implies full and unconditional acceptation of these general terms and conditions.
Accomodations with Jacuzzis
The use of Jacuzzis is placed under the responsability of the guests, who agrees to use their public liability insurance in case of damages caused to the Jacuzzi, or on someone, during their stay.
A security deposit of 1500€ will be asked at check-in (pre-authorisation on your credit card, cash or checks), and will be returned at check-out if there's no damage noted.
Guest’s obligations / Damage
The Residence has the right to ask the guest to pay the total amount of the replacement price for broken or damaged objects, furniture, or equipment.
In case of degradation of sofas, cushions, curtains, wall paintings, ceilings, tiles, windows, or linen, the repairs fees will be charged to the guest.
All repairs caused by the guest carelessness or bad maintenance during the renting will be charged to the guest.
In case of non-compliance by the guest to any of the terms of this contract, the residence can terminate the rental contract, without any formalities or notice period.
Domestic animals
Following many allergies and hygiene problems, animals are no longer accepted in the residence.
Final cleaning :
Please return your villa in the same state you found it on the day of arrival. The trash bins have to be empty, and the dishes, the floors and the toilets cleaned.
If the villa is found uncleaned after your departure, an extra fee of 100€ will be automatically charged on your credit card.
Please respect the check-out time (09h45).
Non smoking house :
If you didn't respect the non-smoking rule inside the villa during your stay, an extra fee of 200€ will be automatically charged on your credit card after your departure.
Rate with cancellation insurance:
The amount of the cancellation insurance (10% of the total amount) and the deposit (50% of the total amount) will be debited once we receive the contract filled and signed and confirm the booking.
If the booking is cancelled until 21 days before the arrival date, the amount of the cancellation insurance will be charged, and the amount of the deposit will become a credit note valid for 18 months.
In case of a cancellation within 21 days before the arrival date, for any reason (illness, flight cancellation…):
D-21 to D-15: the cancellation insurance and the deposit amounts will be charged and non-refundable
D-14 to D-8: 90% of the total amount will be charged and non-refundable
D-7 to arrival day: 100% of the total amount will be charged and non-refundable
Non-cancellable & non-refundable rate:
The deposit amount (50% of the total amount) will be debited once we receive the contract filled and signed and confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation or modification of the booking, for any reason (illness, flight cancellation…):
The deposit amount will be charged and won’t be refundable.
In case of cancellation within 45 days before the arrival date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged and non-refundable.
Balance payment:
The balance of the stay is to be paid upon arrival, by credit card, cash, or bank transfer.
The credit card number provided for the booking will serve as guarantee.
