_{Villas N°10 et N°16 have an extra terrace, additional fee per week: 30€}

Booking Policy :

Without cancellation insurance:

_{The deposit (50% of the total amount) is charged when the booking is confirmed and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.}

_{If cancelled within 45 days before arrival, 100% of the booking will be charged and non-refundable.}

 

With cancellation insurance:

_{The amount of the cancellation insurance (10% of the total amount) and the deposit (50% of the total amount) will be debited to confirm the booking.}

_{If the booking is cancelled until 21 days before the arrival date, the amount of the cancellation insurance will be charged, and the amount of the deposit will become a credit note valid for 18 months.}

_{In case of cancellation within 21 days before the arrival date, for any reason (illness, flight cancellation...):}

_{D-21 to D-15: the cancellation insurance and the deposit amounts will be charged and non-refundable}

_{D-14 to D-8: 90% of the total amount will be charged and non-refundable}

_{D-7 to arrival day: 100% of the total amount will be charged and non-refundable}

_{Credit cards (except American Express), Bank Transfer, Cash.}

 

_{Hotel services:}

_{Household linen: Sheets: 50 € per bed - Bath towels: 10 € per person - Beach towels: 10€ per person}

_{After many problems of hygiene and allergies, animals are no longer accepted in the residence.}
